By purchasing from this website, you agree to our sales terms & conditions & general policies !! All orders are confirmed once payment is received, processed & shipped out within the stated time on the purchase page !! We will keep u posted on every stage of the process.
Our international deliveries are done within 3 to 5 working days once the item is shipped. However, shipping time may vary depending on the state, country, and customs delays. We would not be responsible for such shipping delays, but we would ensure your order is delivered.
All items are sold in good condition. We carefully check to ensure all items shipped are the exact items purchased by an individual. We do not ship anything different from what you ordered. We also do not ship anything less than what we advertise regarding quality !! Also, as a result of the nature of the hair business.
Refunds are not allowed; all sales are final. However, exchanges are done on items that you are not satisfied with to an item of the same price. Exchanges are also allowed with any fault from us regarding length, color, & weight !!
Exchange is done within 72 hours after an item is delivered to you. We do not offer exchanges for items wrongly used by you or wrongly damaged as a result of amateur styling or usage !! We do not offer exchanges for any wigs or bundles used and worn. All hair is raw human hair and can last as long as 5 years when properly cared for.
However, as humans, mistakes are inevitable. If we discover any error in pricing, hair length, color, or weight, we will notify you as soon as possible via email, phone & details provided. We would refund the difference or work with the best options available for both parties !! If we try to reach you and you are not reachable, we will cancel the order and refund you !!
Anyone returning an item for exchange will bear the cost of shipping, money transfer, and handling costs. Kindly send through a shipping company where an item can be tracked, as we would not be responsible for the cost of lost or stolen goods. In such instances where these terms are not met? , we would not exchange the product.
Pricing, Availability, and Delivery
Our prices are in naira and dollars and automatically convert to your currency of choice, giving you the value in your currency of residence. We ensure prices for all products are accurate, and if any errors occur regarding pricing, we will contact you.
Deliveries within Nigeria are shipped out the next day for bundles depending on availability. Delivery for different categories is stated on the order page. Wigs are shipped out within the time frame stated at the point of purchase.
We also partner with DHL express delivery for international deliveries in 3 to 5 working days !!
